Nagarkot Panoramic Hiking Trail is a very refreshing walk with stunning views of the majestic Himalayas. You will start this trail with quiet walk inside the pi ne trees where you can enjoy the freshness of nature and take lots of mountain oxygen. The initial Nature Trail is a lovely walk through a dense coniferous forest. We saw a variety of wild orchids and several birds including minivets, blue flycatcher and long tailed magpie. Nagarkot kusum park village trail is a gentle stroll in the mid hills of Nepal where you will walk through the community forest of Kusum, kusum park and tamang village. The first part of the trail passes through kusum community forest which is around 2.5 km. It is a walk through a cool pine forest. After the end of the forest, you will reach the village of kartike where you will climb up towards kusum park (though it is in a initial stage) and later, you will pass through a beautiful tamang village where panoramic views of the mountains, terraced farmlands and typical countryside. It is a scenic route where you will see the mongolian tribes people (tamang people ethnic village). |

Even the latest research has shown that walking is very good for health and also for improving your creativity. You can do some inspirational thinking while wandering inside the nature trail. |
Skill ThreeThere is definately no wifi connection in the forests but we assure you that you will find a better connection in Nature. It’s like you are entering a stress free zone and you can recharge your energetic spirit which needs some refreshment. You will realize that the nature has the power to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul and helps you to declutter your mind. You will realize that your brain has sufficient oxygen, and lush greenery gives a break for your eyes which is always in front of computer. Forest environments helps to reduce stress hormones such as adrenaline and noradrenaline and has shown the relaxing effect both in male and female. Walking in a green space, allowing your mind to wander, restores directed attention quickly and effectively.
